Through years of practice and learning, I’ve honed a unique blend of traditional and innovative therapies designed to nourish your whole being.

I received my accreditation at the University of Health Sciences Naturopathic Medicine School, and I hold a Minnesota state naturopathic medicine license.

I also have taken additional classes in botanical medicines, and I am certified as a Reiki Master (yes, I incorporate energy healing into my client sessions if you want!)

In my spare time, my partner and I enjoy being outdoors - hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with our dog Milo.

My husband, Spencer, and I have four beautiful children who fill our hearts to the brim! We have 2 cats, a tiny dog, and soon to have some chickens. I love gardening, doing little landscape projects, walking, boating/fishing, cooking, reading, and outdoor adventures.

I’m a Registered Nurse and a proud graduate of The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. I’ve spent much of my nursing career in family medicine, where I developed a strong passion for caring for individuals and families through all stages of life.

My interest in natural medicine grew during my mom’s holistic cancer journey. When I learned a Naturopathic Doctor had come to Brainerd, I felt immediately drawn to be part of this approach to care and the opportunity to support patients in a more integrative way.

I’m married with three little kiddos and two pups who keep life full and fun! As a family, we love spending time outdoors — hiking, camping, and traveling whenever we can. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book and exploring new coffee shops.
